Yes, since we charge admission to utilize our play areas, including the crawler section.  Admission for a 90-minute playtime is $15 for one child and $12 for each additional sibling.

We charge admission for any children over 6 months old who will be going into either our main play area or our crawler section.  

*For those with little babies who are meeting with friends and just getting coffee, you are welcome to relax in our cafe lounge area but we do ask that our "2 and under" crawler section is reserved for paid reservations.  

No, adults are not required to pay admission.  

Yes, we require playtime reservations so that we can plan for staffing and manage our capacity.  Please refer to the links to our waiver and reservation booking at the top of this page

Yes, a waiver is required for each child playing at our facility.  The waiver is available on our website and should be completed electronically prior to arrival when scheduling an online reservation.  Each child must have their waiver completed by their own parent or legal guardian, even if they are coming with a friend or other family member.  Once the waiver is completed, it will be saved in our system and will not need to be completed again unless adding another child. 

We do kindly ask that everyone puts at least a few things away before they leave.  While we do our best to tidy up throughout the day, we have hundreds of toys/accessories, so any little bit from the parents truly helps us out - especially on busy days.

Outside food or beverage is not permitted, with the exception of bottles or sippy cups for small children.  We have a variety of cafe beverages available for guests, as well as light pastries and a selection of kids snacks.  We also strive to be a nut-free facility.

We will offer hot and iced coffee, lattes, teas, chai lattes, flavored lemonade, hot chocolate, juice boxes, snack packs and yogurt pouches, and light pastries and muffins.

Yes, socks are required in our play area for both children & adults.  Your child can either wear their own socks or we will have them available for purchase for $2 if needed.  Parents must also remove shoes and wear socks if accompanying their children into the play area.  

While priority and cafe seating is given to parents and caregivers coming in with children to use our play area, we do serve to-go beverages for those just stopping by. 

Yes, we have public restrooms with changing stations.

No.  Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children during their play session.  

The main feature of our play cafe will be our custom-built playhouses which will make up an imaginative play town.  We will also have various activity tables and a sensory room for children who would prefer a quieter space with various sensory toys, art table, and reading nook.  There is also a section reserved for children 2 and under.  

Our play cafe is geared towards children between ages 6 months and 7 years old who enjoy imaginative play.  Please note that our space is imaginative/creative play rather than active play such as climbing, jumping and running.  Rough play is not permitted.  We often have small children and babies in the play area.  We ask that parents supervise their children to ensure the toys are being gently played with.

We ask that you please book your party one month in advance by reserving online or by emailing to inquire about available time slots.  Please refer to our parties tab to learn more. 

We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all children and families. Throughout the day, all equipment and surfaces will be sanitized using organic cleaning solutions, and all toys will be steam cleaned at the end of each day. In addition, a professional cleaning crew will perform thorough deep cleanings after hours several times a week.

While it's not possible to eliminate all germs, we ask that families help us minimize the spread of illness by adhering to our sick policy: please do not bring your child if they are exhibiting any signs of illness, and ensure they are fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning to play.
