Please see above for our normal hours of operation.  Follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on any changes to our schedule.  There may be days where we offer extended hours depending on party reservations.  We will also announce special events on social media throughout the year.

We strongly recommend making a reservation for your playtime.  We will accept walk-ins on a very limited basis depending on availability and our maximum capacity requirements.  

Outside food or beverage is not permitted, with the exception of bottles or sippy cups for small children.  We will have complimentary infused water for guests, along with a selection of snacks and beverage for purchase at our cafe.  We also strive to be a nut-free facility.

We will offer hot and iced coffee, lattes, teas, hot chocolate, juice boxes, snack packs for kids, and light pastries from a local Webster pastry chef.  

Yes, socks are required in our play area.  Your child can either wear their own socks or we will have non-slip socks available for purchase.  Parents must also remove shoes if accompanying their children into the play area.  

Yes, a waiver is required for each adult and accompanying minor to play at our facility.  The waiver is available on our website and should be completed electronically prior to arrival when scheduling an online reservation.  Each child must have their waiver completed by their own parent or guardian, even if they are coming with a friend or other family member.  

No, our cafe refreshments are reserved for parents and caregivers coming in with children to use our play area.  

No, adults are not required to pay admission.  

Admission is not required for children that will not be utilizing our crawler space or play space.  So if you come in with a toddler who will be playing and newborn in a stroller (for example), you will not be charged admission for the second child.  

No.  Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children during their play session.  

The main feature of our play cafe will be our custom-built playhouses which will make up an imaginative play town.  We will also have various activity tables and a sensory room for children who would prefer a quieter space with various sensory toys, art table, and reading nook.  There will also be a dedicated, gated-in crawler area for smaller children.  

Our play cafe is geared towards any children who enjoy engaging in imaginative play.  However, we believe that our space will appeal more to children between 6 months and 8 years of age.  Please note that this space is mostly imaginative/creative play rather than active play such as climbing, jumping and running.  

We ask that you please book your party one month in advance by reserving online or by calling to inquire about available time slots.  Please refer to our parties tab to learn more. 

We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all children and families. Throughout the day, all equipment and surfaces will be sanitized using organic cleaning solutions, and all toys will be steam cleaned at the end of each day. In addition, a professional cleaning crew will perform thorough deep cleanings after hours several times a week.

While it's not possible to eliminate all germs, we ask that families help us minimize the spread of illness by adhering to our sick policy: please do not bring your child if they are exhibiting any signs of illness, and ensure they are fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning to play.
